• You may request an exchange or return within 2 days of delivery if:

  • The product is faulty

  • The item received is not as described

Refund Policy:

• A full refund is available if requested within 2 days of the purchase date

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact

• Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
